Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://giboconstruction.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Gibo Construction markets and arranges Home Remodeling, Office Remodeling, Deck Building, Drywall Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Gibo Construction and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Gibo Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Gibo Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gibo Construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Gibo Construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Gibo Construction harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NY.

Term Changes. Gibo Construction may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
